"Best Soup" & "Best Handcrafted Sandwich"  & Now

"Best Vegetarian Dish" in the Pocono's from The Local Flair 2nd annual restaurant week contest. Come on out and try what the "Best" has to offer.



Our Summer schedule starting on June 1, 2009: (Vegetarian Mondays) Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 11 am - 4 pm, & Friday's 11 am - 3 pm.

Reservations are required for parties of 4 or more.  


The Quiche du jour is most popular these days since we've added eggs from "The Josie Porter Farm", a local organic dairy farmer. For more information about this farmer or any menu items please inquire within...



Remember, you can make a request for your favorite soup to be featured on our weekly menu (from our souplist) Just give us 48 hours notice and purchase one quart in advance and we will place that soup on the menu...




A friendly reminder, to never microwave your soups, defrost in the refrigerator over night & the best way to reheat is in a sauce pot over low to medium heat.

I just heard of your lovely place from a co-worker @ ESU Library - she seems to have been absolutely entranced by your food : )
We will have to make this a little "field trip excursion" for a lunch one day very soon!! I make my own soups (which my grandson tells me I should sell, like the stuff his mommy buys in the "red & white can") so am quite interested in visiting your establishment after hearing the accolades from my friend -
